		<description>Even though the PS3 is the only major console I played at all in 2008 (save for a couple days of Brawl last spring) I&#039;m having a hell of a time coming up with my &quot;favorite&quot; game. I played PixelJunk Monsters more than anything else, sure, but the excitement of Resistance 2&#039;s co-op mode is a real achievement.

Honestly, I&#039;m tempted to choose the multi-platform Bionic Commando: Rearmed not because I played it the most but because it was the singularly most impressive video game I played last year. They took one of my favorite NES games of all time, gave it a hell of an overhaul without sacrificing the core concept, then ADDED co-op play and dozens of challenge levels.</description>
