Summer of 2D XBLA games, 3×50 » Bionic Commando: Rearmed

Bionic Commando: Rearmed is a game I was looking forward to because of other people’s nostalgia. It was worth it. Though at times the controls feel a little antiquated it is none the less to play a ‘classic’ with a purely cosmetic face lift. Though at times the faithfulness to the original can be irritating to new comers (he has to swing over that sandbag – really!?!) it is none the less worth a look if you are fond of old fashioned, balls hard, 2D plat formers.
